Shipping Policy

AMINA MUADDI now offers international delivery to most destinations worldwide. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 2 PM CET (excluding Italian holidays), and are shipped within 1–3 business days.

We provide complimentary standard shipping via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 business days. Express shipping is also available in all markets, with an additional fee calculated at checkout.

The final price displayed at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Return Policy

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date if it meets our conditions. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all materials included. We offer complimentary returns for all countries, when using our DHL return label.

When submitting your return request, you can choose to exchange your product for another size or request a standard refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-7 business days for credit cards and 48 hours for PayPal.

- Clean with care: Gently use a dry, clean and soft cloth to remove dust or marks.
- Avoid harmful substances: Keep away from alcohol-based products (perfumes, solvents), oily substances (makeup), and anything abrasive.
- Humidity protection: Avoid exposure to humidity. If the item gets wet, let it dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area.
