Amina Muaddi shoes & bags are designed in Paris and are 100% handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail in Italy. We take pride in working with skilled artisans who use the finest materials to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship in every pair. Our warehouse operations are also exclusively based in Italy, ensuring that each item is meticulously handled and delivered with care.

Do you offer wide/narrow sizing?

Amina Muaddi shoes are crafted in Italy, and some models may fit smaller than standard sizing. We recommend sizing up from a half size to a full size up for models made from PVC - especially those with pointed toes such as the Begum, the Rosie or the Holli. The Alexa Slipper, also, tends to fit smaller, so we may suggest sizing up as well.

ORDER 

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page displaying your order number and details. Additionally, an order confirmation email with the same information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, which may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your inbox.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Additionally, we also accept payments via PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay.

Do you have a secure method of payment?

Yes, we use a secure payment method. Our payment processor is certified Level 1 PCI DSS, ensuring that all transactions on aminamuaddi.com are protected and secure.

Can I modify/ cancel my order once it has been placed?

We are unable to make any changes or cancellations. However, if your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you can send an email with your new instructions or cancellation request to customercare@aminamuaddi.com or contact us through our online contact form

When will I be charged for my order?

Cards and other payment methods are not charged until an order has been accepted and fulfilled.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order and its delivery status anytime in the Account section on our website. Additionally, once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Click on the “Track Your Order” link in the email to view your tracking number, which will redirect you to the DHL website. Alternatively, you can copy and paste the tracking number directly on the DHL tracking page.

Shipping and delivery

What are your shipping methods?

AMINA MUADDI offers free standard shipping via DHL, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 4 business days after your order has been dispatched.

For customers in Europe and the UK, express shipping is available, ensuring delivery within 1 to 2 business days.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours of being placed and are then dispatched based on the shipping option selected - standard or express. Additionally, we do not process or fulfill orders on weekends or public holidays in Italy.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times, and we cannot guarantee same-day processing. If your order has not been fulfilled within 48 business hours, please contact us through our online contact form or by email for assistance.

When will I receive my order?

After your order is fulfilled, delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout (standard or express). Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs events, particularly in the US, which can affect the transportation process with DHL. 

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, a signature is required upon delivery for Amina Muaddi orders. For security reasons, we do not recommend opting for delivery in front of your door or to a neighbor through DHL On-Demand Delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your package if such delivery arrangements are made with DHL Service.


Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?

Our warehouse is located in Italy. AMINA MUADDI covers VAT for all orders shipped within the European Union, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.

For shipments to the UK, United States, and UAE, the final price you pay includes all taxes and duties as well.

Returns and refunds

How can I return a product?

We accept returns made within 14 days of receipt of the package if the conditions of our Return Policy are met. We do only accept returns for products purchased directly from aminamuaddi.com
We also kindly ask you to fill out our return form in order to obtain the necessary documents to return a product. 

You will then receive return instructions by email.
If you are based in the European Union, you can use the return label included in the invoice holder of your order to organize your return.
For customers in the UK, USA, or UAE, we will send you additional documents to facilitate your return with DHL.

To complete the return process, you will have to arrange a pick-up with DHL or drop off the package at the nearest DHL Service Point using the provided prepaid labels (for EU countries) or the documents sent by email (for non-EU countries). These labels and documents will ensure a smooth return process.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your package reaches our warehouse in Italy, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing your return & refund. Indeed, the package first undergoes a thorough quality control process before the refund is processed. This additional step ensures that we address any potential issues and maintain our commitment to delivering products of the highest quality.

You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund has been issued. 

When will I get my refund - after a return confirmation?

The time for your funds to be available in your account may vary depending on the payment method used:

• Credit cards: 2-7 business days (depending on your bank processing times)
• PayPal: within 48 hours

What is the exchange procedure? How long do I have to return my order?

We offer exchanges and/or refunds within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
